  • A general introduction to the visual arts designed to create an appreciation of the vocabulary, media, techniques, and purposes of the creative process. Students will critically interpret and evaluate works of art within formal, cultural, and historical contexts.  This course is not intended for Art Majors.

ARTS 2289 - Studio Art Practicum-Ceramics/Metals/Painting/Photography

  • This course is designed to integrate classroom study with practical, hands-on experience. Students will set specific goals in studio art projects and preparation of portfolios.  May be repeated 1 time for credit.

GEOG 1301 - Physical Geography

  • An Introduction to the concepts which provide a foundation for continued study of geography.  Includes the different elements of natural environment as related to human activities, modes of living, and map concepts.
